About the Speaker

For 37.5 years Dr. Latha Christie worked at India’s Defence Research and Development Organisation, rising to Senior Scientist and Project Director. She led work on high-power microwave systems and computational electromagnetics, and mentored engineers and doctoral researchers.
Her doctoral research on the ethics and governance of Artificial General Intelligence led to the Imago Dei Ethical Framework, a model for keeping people accountable for decisions made with advanced AI. Today she is Founder and CEO of Christie Global Consulting, a leadership coach and a certified counsellor.
